Data protection
What we do — and do not do — with your data on loisirs74.fr.
The controller of the personal data collected on loisirs74.fr is Eddie Raset, publisher of the site as a sole trader.
Contact for any GDPR question: contact@loisirs74.fr
Given the size of the activity and the limited nature of the data collected, no Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed. Requests are handled directly by the publisher.
The site collects no personal data on visitors who simply consult the pages. No registration form. No Google Analytics, Matomo, Hotjar or other audience-measurement tool.
If you use the mailto: links on the site to contact us, you naturally transmit: your email, your name (if visible) and the content of your message. These exchanges are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) or pre-contractual performance if your request concerns a partnership (Article 6.1.b).
If you send photos to photos@loisirs74.fr or post on Instagram with the hashtag #loisirs74, we collect: your photos, your name and/or your Instagram handle (to credit you) and the email address if you send by email. Submission constitutes authorisation for use on the site with credit.
If you contact us to propose your establishment as a free "Partner", we collect the information needed: name of the establishment, name of the manager, email, possible phone number, website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in evaluating your request.
Our host Netlify, Inc. automatically logs, for the operation of the service: IP address, date/time of requests, pages visited. These logs are kept according to Netlify's policy.
The site uses two storage areas in your browser — neither cookies nor data sent to our servers:
This storage is exempt from consent as it is strictly necessary for the functionality you have activated. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Loisirs 74 places no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement cookies, no social-network cookies.
No consent banner is therefore necessary. If we were to add one in the future (statistics tool, video embed), a CNIL-compliant banner would be put in place at that time, with accept and refuse buttons of equal prominence.
Loisirs 74 currently offers local establishments only free placements ("Partner"). In accordance with Article L121-1 of the French Consumer Code and DGCCRF guidelines on advertising transparency:
In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22) and the French Data Protection Act, you have:
To exercise these rights: contact@loisirs74.fr. We respond within one month maximum. In case of disagreement, you may file a complaint with the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
If you have submitted photos via email or Instagram hashtag, you retain your copyright over these works. You can at any time:
Write to photos@loisirs74.fr. Removal takes effect within 7 days.
The site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption) on all pages. Professional email accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we would inform you within the GDPR deadlines (72 hours to notify the CNIL if there is a proven risk).
The site is not specifically aimed at minors under 15 and is not intended to collect their data. If you are a parent and believe that your child has transmitted information to us without your consent, contact us — we will proceed with deletion.
This policy may change, in particular if new services are added (newsletter, statistics tool, booking). The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom of the page.
