Cortigrimpe (officially Cortigrimpe 74) is one of the main climbing gyms in the Annecy area, set up at the Parc Activité des Longeray in Epagny Metz-Tessy, ten minutes by car from central Annecy and right next to the airport. The site combines 1,000 m² of bouldering, roped walls and an on-site bistro-bar.
The bouldering wall covers all profiles — slabs, vertical, overhangs — with a hold variety suited to every level, from beginners discovering the sport to advanced climbers working on movement and reading. The two indoor rope areas, 8 and 10 metres high, are equipped with six autobelays so you can climb solo safely, with routes graded 4B to 7B. Two 10-metre outdoor walls round out the offering in summer for sun-soaked climbing in the Parc des Longeray courtyard.
The venue stands apart from other gyms thanks to its integrated restaurant offer: a gourmet bistro and bar that can be visited with or without a gym ticket — perfect for a coffee after a session or a group meal. A dedicated 4-7 area lets children climb under parental supervision — no formal lessons, just a tailored environment.
Rates run from €9 per session for children up to €16.50 for an adult drop-in, with youth/student (€10.50) and reduced (€14.50) tiers. An unlimited monthly membership at €52 is offered for regulars. No gear is mandatory for bouldering; harness and shoes are available for rent for the roped walls.
