What is Vitam Wellness & Spa

Vitam Wellness & Spa is a true relaxation sanctuary spanning 1,100 m² in Neydens, just 15 minutes from Geneva and 30 minutes from Annecy. Set within the UCPA Vitam leisure centre, this space offers a complete experience of relaxation and rejuvenation where water in all its forms becomes your wellness ally.

The Roman-Irish circuit forms the heart of the experience: alternate between hot and cold air baths, humid and dry vapours, pools at varying temperatures to stimulate circulation and invigorate the body. Finnish saunas, Oriental hammams, a 33°C heated outdoor balneotherapy pool equipped with bubble beds, hydrojets, swan-neck jets and jacuzzis: each space is designed for deep relaxation.

What sets Vitam apart from other Haute-Savoie spas is the included access to the aquatic area: 25m pool, slides, current river and outdoor lagoon pool (seasonal). You enjoy two complementary worlds in a single entry. The facility also features a cosy rest room with herbal tea bar, a spa bar offering hand/foot/face treatments, and a menu of treatments inspired by traditions from around the world (Algotherm, Tradition d'Orient, Abhyanga). The on-site Vitam'Café lets you extend your relaxation with light refreshments.

Open 7 days a week, Vitam adapts to all schedules with extended hours (until 9pm weekdays) and flexible time-based pricing. Free parking, wheelchair access, equipped changing rooms: everything is designed for your comfort.
