What is Marquisats Watersports Centre
The Marquisats Watersports Centre, in the centre of Annecy, brings together two emblematic clubs: the SRVA (Société des Régates à Voile d'Annecy), the historic sailing club, and the Club des Sports Nautiques (rowing, kayak, paddle). Its central beach at the foot of the Old Town makes it a particularly well-placed venue for beginner lessons, week-long courses and training sessions.
The centre covers all watersports: sailing (Optimist, Laser, catamaran), rowing, kayak and stand-up paddle (SUP). Children's, teenage and adult courses run through the summer season, and equipment is also available to rent. The Marquisats beach is open to the public and offers direct access to Lake Annecy from the city centre.
