What is Piscine L'Île Bleue
The Piscine L'Île Bleue is the municipal aquatic centre of Seynod, a borough of Annecy. It is an indoor pool with a retractable roof: the glass canopy opens in summer to bring in the sun. It belongs to the UP2A network (Annecy agglomeration pool users) alongside four other pools.
The facility has two pools: a 25 m sports pool with six lanes for lap swimming, lessons and club training, and a 17 m leisure pool with shallower zones for families. A heated paddling pool caters to toddlers. A jacuzzi within the pool area completes the bathing experience.
For relaxation, the wellness area features a sauna, a hammam and a salt cave — ideal to use after a swim. A built-in fitness room lets you combine swimming with cardio and strength training. A snack bar is available on site.

When to visit
