What is Break Out

Break Out is an indoor leisure complex in Sévrier, 10 minutes from central Annecy on the lake. Opened in 2019 (originally as Enigmus), the venue combines three escape-game rooms, a board-game bar, an axe-throwing range and a quiz room.

The three escape-game scenarios cover different themes — scientific exploration, fantasy, mystery — and are designed for teams of 2 to 6 players. Each session runs 60 minutes in the room, plus 15-20 min of briefing and debrief — plan 1 h 30 on site. The difficulty is progressive: scenarios suit families as well as experienced groups.

Pricing scales with group size: €38 per person as a duo down to €24 per person for a full team of six. The board-game bar runs à la carte with a library of modern games, drinks and small plates — perfect before or after a room. Audience is broad: friends, birthdays, team-building outings, family visits.
