What is Grangette Leisure Park

The Grangette Leisure Park is a public park covering over 15 hectares on the shore of Lake Geneva, east of central Thonon-les-Bains. It is the largest outdoor leisure space on the southern shore of the lake and welcomes families, sports lovers and summer visitors throughout the warm season.

It combines wide lawns, playgrounds for children, sports fields (basketball, beach volleyball, fitness circuit), a mini-golf, a skate park, picnic tables and direct lake access with a beach and supervised swimming in season. A lakeside promenade runs along the shore — perfect for walking or pushing a stroller along Lake Geneva.

Access to the park is free; only certain activities (mini-golf, pedalo rental, SUP) are paid. La Grangette is great for family days out, school outings and sports days. It is easy to reach from central Thonon on foot or by bike via the ViaRhôna (EV17).
