What is Museum of Antique Wings

The Museum of Antique Wings at Excenevex is run by the Ailes Anciennes Haute-Savoie association, created in 1992 and recognised for safeguarding France's aeronautical heritage. Located on the Sciez-Excenevex plain alongside Lake Geneva, it aims to become the leading aeronautical heritage museum of Haute-Savoie.

The collection brings together a variety of aircraft, helicopters, gliders and aviation pieces under restoration or on display, including a recently acquired Dassault Mirage IIIE n°571. Volunteers — retired pilots, mechanics, engineers — restore the machines. Flight simulator available on visit days. Free access; donations welcome.
