What is Châtel Accrobranche 1600

The Châtel Accrobranche 1600 (marketed as Châtel Aventures) is a treetop adventure park set in natural forest at the top of the Super-Châtel cable car, at 1,600 m altitude, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. Open in summer, it offers 7 all-natural courses exploiting the high-altitude forest: zip lines, monkey bridges, vines, nets, pendulum jumps, all under instructor supervision.

The courses are graded for every age and size: P'tit Kid for children from age 2 and up to 1.05 m (with an adult), 2 Kid courses for 1.05–1.35 m, and 4 Super courses from 1.35 m (or 1.50 m without adult). All jumps, bridges and zip lines use a continuous lifeline system — fully securing progress, a real advantage for younger climbers.

Access via the Super-Châtel cable car (foot passenger ticket included with the activity in many packages). Summer 2026 season, daily during school holidays.
