The village is the gateway to the local Les Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area, which spreads over 100 km of pistes (62 pistes: 8 black, 28 red, 17 blue, 10 green) served by 23 ski lifts and 11 draglifts, between 1 200 and 1 930 m in altitude, straddling Haute-Savoie and Savoie. This ski area is itself linked within the Évasion Mont-Blanc area, which offers more than 400 km of pistes (232 pistes, 110 ski lifts) between 1 100 and 2 350 m, bringing together Les Portes du Mont-Blanc, Megève, Saint-Gervais, Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce and Les Contamines-Montjoie.
