What is La Clusaz

La Clusaz is the large village resort of the Massif des Aravis, about thirty kilometres from Annecy. Its alpine ski area, linked to that of Manigod (La Clusaz-Manigod area), spans five massifs — Beauregard, Manigod, Étale, l'Aiguille and Balme — between 1 100 and 2 600 m in altitude.

On the alpine skiing side, the ski area offers 125 km of slopes and 85 pistes for all levels (16 green, 31 blue, 30 red, 8 black), served by around fifty ski lifts. Riders will find the LCZ SnowPark, with features for all levels.

La Clusaz is also a fully-fledged Nordic skiing destination: the Espace nordique des Confins (around 65 km of marked trails, on a plateau between 1 420 and 1 650 m) and the Beauregard Nordic area (more than 40 km, with a 7 km hiking/snowshoeing trail) complement the alpine offering.

Beyond skiing, the resort keeps a genuine Savoyard village life and a rich off-slope offering: an ice rink, an aquatic centre, the playful Débaroulé trail, the Lac des Confins, via ferrata and the Aravis distillery extend the day, in both winter and summer.
