The Maison du Lieutenant is a free interpretation centre at 2231 route du Mont, hameau du Mont in Servoz. The building is the oldest house in the Chamonix valley and is run by the Communauté de Communes de la Vallée de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc (CCVCMB), in the same network as the future Musée du Mont-Blanc and the Espace Tairraz.

A large animated 3D model of the territory is the centrepiece, alongside edutainment modules, multimedia displays and a collection of historic objects.
