What is Plage de La Brune

The Plage de La Brune is a 7,000 sqm lawn and sandy-bank beach on Lake Annecy at Veyrier-du-Lac. Equipped with a paddling pool, a T-shaped pontoon, a diving board and a snack-restaurant, it is one of the lake's flagship Blue Flag beaches and a favourite of families on the eastern shore.

The beach holds the Blue Flag label since 2009 and confirmed its renewal in the 2026 Teragir ranking, for a 17th consecutive year, a strong reference for water quality and environmental management. A Tiralo is available for swimmers with reduced mobility, and beach-volley and children's games are nearby.
