What is Granges de Servette Museum

The Granges de Servette Museum is a private museum of contemporary art and rural heritage in restored old barns at the Collongette hamlet, commune of Chens-sur-Léman, just steps from Lake Geneva and the Swiss border. It has become a discreet but recognised cultural site of the Bas-Chablais.

The permanent collection, built up since 1958, gathers contemporary paintings and sculptures where the Lyon school (Cottavoz, Fusaro, Truphémus, Carzou…) is particularly well represented, alongside local Léman artists. Every summer the museum hosts temporary exhibitions for new artists, keeping it a lively creation hub. A second wing displays over 1,000 old tools. Free entry, summer 3-7 pm.
