What is Les Gets

Les Gets is a Savoyard village resort in the Chablais massif, nestled between 940 and 1 848 m in altitude, twinned with Morzine within a linked sector called Les Gets-Morzine. This sector is itself part of the Portes du Soleil, one of the largest Franco-Swiss ski areas in the world, linking twelve resorts between Haute-Savoie and Valais.

The Les Gets-Morzine sector offers 120 km of pistes spread across 74 pistes and served by 50 ski lifts, organised into two sectors: Chavannes, sunny and family-friendly, directly linked to Morzine, and Mont-Chéry, quieter, with views of Mont-Blanc.

The resort has 15 fun zones (snowpark, mini-boarder, timed slalom) and areas dedicated to children such as the Espace Grand Cry. Cross-country skiing is free on marked loops in the Mont-Chéry and Chavannes sectors; sledging and snowshoeing round out the winter offering.

In summer, Les Gets transforms into a leading mountain biking destination, with one of the largest bikeparks in Europe and hiking trails offering views of Mont-Blanc. The resort also cultivates a strong off-slope identity, between heritage and Savoyard traditions.
