What is Chavannes Gondola

The Chavannes gondola is a 6-person lift operated by SOLEGETS at Les Gets (74260). It connects the village base (1,170 m) to the Chavannes plateau (1,482 m) in 5 minutes over 1,545 m, with a 312 m vertical rise and a throughput of 1,200 people per hour. It serves as the main entry point to the Les Gets Bike Park in summer.

In summer, the gondola gives access to a network of downhill and enduro MTB trails as well as waymarked hiking paths across the alpine meadows. In winter it integrates into the Les Gets – Morzine ski area within the Portes du Soleil. From the plateau, the Chavannes Express chairlift extends access towards higher terrain and cross-resort links.
